"They have been charging different amounts every month. I spoke with Teresa and several employees and they always apologize because of this situation (they don’t even understand what is going on). They sent me a “reimbursement” check and when I deposit it, it was declined days later (it had a stop payment). This place sucks ! I don’t think the good reviews they have are real (probable fake or their own employees are doing them) but at least my experience with them has been REALLY BAD. For 4 months in a row they have been charging me a different amounts. I’m doing my formal complaint about this agency in the State Farm website. Scammers"

"I have both my home and car insured with State Farm and my go to agent has always been Dora. Dora always returns my calls in a timely manner and explains everything regarding my coverage in great detail. When I bought my house Dora made deciding on a policy easy and worked with my broker in an efficient way that really did make the home buying process easier on me. I know that my car and house are properly insured and if anything were to ever happen that I would be covered. Highly recommend!"

Before signing anything… reread, reiterate and have someone with you…. for all it’s worth. Client Beware. Thank you Gus Adrade State Farm Agency in Little Village Village.
